We are excited to release our latest report on Black Women’s Wages in CA, Pay Me What I’m Worth. It highlights our wages over a five-year period based on educational attainment, marital status, parental status, and work type compared to our female counterparts and all California. Big shout out to Raksha, our Senior Research Associate, who crunched all the data! We have some work to do to address the wage disparities. Together we can make change happen!!!
